2. The Service
slidemo allows presenters to upload slide decks, share a QR code with an audience, and automatically deliver a personalised handout to each attendee by email at the end of the session. The Service is provided free of charge.

- your content does not contain anything unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:

By joining a session with your email address, you consent to receiving one transactional email from slidemo containing your session handout. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in that email, or by contacting us at hello@slidemo.app.
We do not send marketing emails without explicit consent. Presenters may receive a single analytics summary email per session.
7. Intellectual property
The slidemo platform, including its design, codebase, and branding, is the intellectual property of Eric Dillenberger. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or other branding elements without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
